As an Urban Planner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of communities through innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality reports, presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other deliverables on time, showcasing your expertise;
  • Conduct site assessments to gather essential information supporting planning proposals;
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, prioritizing effective communication and liaison;

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment, graphics firm, or advertising agency;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for collaborating with departmental staff and management;
  • Familiarity with current planning best practices and sustainable development principles;
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), creating diverse design solutions;
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential for delivering accurate work products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in urban planning or property sectors;
  • Ability to leverage AI software like Midjourney;
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products, including Civil3d and AutoCAD.
