Job Overview

The Visionary Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in developing innovative visual content that elevates brand awareness and drives business results. This highly sought-after position involves creating captivating website designs, high-performing social media ads, and other digital marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage visually stunning content such as ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials.
  • Own the design and user experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's aesthetic and meets marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies.
  • Lead projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed.
  • Continuously improve skills and workflows by staying updated on emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
