Job Title: Design Visionary
At our esteemed organization, we seek a talented Architect to join our dynamic design and project teams.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, detailing, client/site coordination, and preparing basic working drawings for residential, commercial, and layout development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for villas, apartments, plotted developments, clubhouses, and commercial spaces.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.
- Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.
- Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements.
- Support in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings.
- Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and engineers during design development and execution stages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exposure to layout development or plotted projects will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion etc.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure and services integration in layouts.
