Asst. Art Director - Visionary Role

This is a senior-level position within our creative team, responsible for leading the visual identity of our brand across various platforms.

  • Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Asst. Art Director to join our team and lead the design process from concept to delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing high-quality visual content that drives business results.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency in design workflows.
  • Develop and maintain consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with video production team to create engaging motion graphics and title sequences.
  • Create scalable design systems and asset libraries to ensure brand consistency.
  • Mentor junior designers to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (PS, AI, ID, AE) and Figma.
  • Demonstrated ability to write effective AI prompts and manage prompt libraries.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-designers.
