Creative Design Visionary

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the visual and aesthetic direction across brands. You will drive concept development, lead creative teams, ensure world-class execution, and work closely with internal and client stakeholders.
This role requires a deep understanding of design, storytelling, and cross-platform campaign thinking, with the ability to mentor and elevate the work of the entire art team.
Key Responsibilities:- Creative & Visual Leadership: Lead the visual language and art direction across integrated campaigns.
- Conceptual Development: Partner with copywriters and strategists to generate bold, effective ideas and campaign platforms.
- Client Collaboration: Present and articulate creative ideas to clients.
- Team Management & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers.
- Executional Excellence: Supervise all stages of production to ensure creative integrity is maintained through delivery.
- Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio with award-winning and culturally resonant work.
- Strong command over design fundamentals.
- Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and production workflows.
Hard Skills: Adobe Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, AE, Premier Pro, Midjourney / AI
