Procurement & Office Interiors Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement & Office Interiors Specialist to manage procurement operations, vendor coordination, and material sourcing for our office interior projects.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end purchase operations for office interior projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and budget alignment. They will develop and execute cost-efficient purchasing strategies to optimize resources, building and sustaining robust vendor relationships to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliability.

  • Identifying and onboarding new vendors, negotiating favorable terms and contracts.
  • Managing supplier evaluations and risk assessments to maintain quality and compliance.
  • Overseeing purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors.
  • Cordinating closely with design, project, and finance teams to align purchase workflows.
  • Sourcing high-quality materials matching project specifications and financial limits.
  • Tracking purchase timelines and coordinating logistics for smooth delivery to sites.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry, preferably with a civil engineering or related background. They should have a proven track record in vendor coordination, contract management, and material sourcing, along with strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
