Performance Marketing Strategist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled performance marketing strategist to lead the development and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies, creative campaign execution, and optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive paid marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Meta.
  • Regularly optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per action (CPA), return on investment (ROI), and conversion rates.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and generate detailed campaign reports to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-quality creative assets and improve landing page user experiences.
  • Analyze customer journeys, set up conversion tracking, and identify funnel bottlenecks to optimize the user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad-tech platforms.
