Job Description:

As a Strategy & Growth professional, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic growth initiatives and supporting the leadership team across sales, business development, and product growth.

  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market plays.
  • Sales Strategy: Design, refine, and track sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationships: Build trust with clients, ensuring proactive communication and long-term growth.
  • Product Growth: Partner with product teams to identify growth levers and market opportunities.
  • Research & Insights: Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Project management: Work with multiple teams – sales, product, marketing, and engineering – to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strategic, analytical, and data-driven.
  • Effectively articulate ideas, strategies, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • MBA in marketing or sales.
