Database Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to optimize our SQL Server databases and ensure they meet the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability.

About the Role:
  • Database Design: Develop and implement scalable database designs that meet business needs.
  • Performance Enhancement: Monitor database performance and tune queries, indices, and server configurations for optimal operation.
  • Backup and Recovery: Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect sensitive data.
  • Security Management: Establish and enforce database security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop effective database solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database architectures and procedures.
  • Tech Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to various projects by providing database-related input during planning, development, and deployment phases.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize disruption to operations.
