Regional Placement Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced placement professional to join our team at SRM University, AP.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships with employers, industry experts, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.

You will identify and target key companies with strong brand recognition and reputation, develop strategies to engage with them, and promote the benefits of recruiting students from our institution.

Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for company recruitment, organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events, and coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs.

  • Foster and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.
  • Identify and target key companies with strong brand recognition and reputation.
  • Develop strategies to engage with key companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from our institution.
  • Capture meetings and presentations with representatives of companies to showcase the talent pool of students.
  • Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for company recruitment.
  • Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students.
  • Capture job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students.
  • Capture feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree in any field.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Candidates with qualifications from reputable universities will have an added advantage.
