Job Description:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our Global Business Tax Team as a Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tax advisory engagements, delivering tax opinions and short notes, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax advisory engagements independently with minimal supervision
  • Deliver tax opinions and short notes on day-to-day clients' tax matters
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other tax filings
  • Manage tax assessment and litigation proceedings before the assessing officer and higher appellate forums
  • Train and develop junior colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and conceptual clarity. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

  • 5-7 years' experience in Direct Taxation
