Customer Success Manager Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position that requires taking complete ownership of solution delivery, building scalable systems from scratch, focusing on customer impact, and ensuring successful project outcomes on speed, quality, and scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Architecture & Implementation: Design and deliver tailored solutions. Oversee on-site implementation and ensure adherence to speed and quality benchmarks.
  • Systems & Process Building: Develop and refine operational procedures for product applications. Establish scalable systems for delivery and execution across multiple regions.
  • Customer Success & Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within an organization. Build strong relationships with customer teams and decision-makers. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Execution Leadership: Coordinate end-to-end delivery across internal teams, contractors, and customers. Lead workers and engineers on-site — setting direction, rallying effort, and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Sales Support & Pilot Implementation: Collaborate with sales teams to scope pilot projects and POCs. Coordinate sample/starter kit delivery and oversee implementation at customer sites. Ensure pilots demonstrate value to support conversions.
  • Growth & Founder Mindset: Take initiative beyond assigned responsibilities. Treat challenges as opportunities to innovate and create long-term systems. Drive business growth through leadership and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Experience: 3–6 years as Site Civil Engineer or Project/Site Architect.
  • Mindset & Skills:
    • Operates with a visionary mentality — proactive, resourceful, and action-oriented.
    • Innovative, able to design new approaches under uncertainty.
    • Strong leadership — capable of rallying teams.
    • A people person — builds relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
    • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60–70% of time).
    • Focus on solution delivery, quality, and speed.
