Project Manager Opportunity
About the Role:
- Deliver designated projects within timelines, quality standards, and business strategy by overseeing project execution and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop a procurement strategy that aligns with business needs and identifies opportunities to optimize time, quality, and cost through strategic collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Formulate execution strategies and control plans in collaboration with clients, including procurement plans, contract management, and staffing.
- Lead project design review meetings to ensure alignment with client objectives and overall business strategy.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, including teams such as Client Teams, Design Teams, Quality Consultants, Audit Teams, CRM/Marketing Teams, Facility Management Teams, etc.
- Address escalations and solutions at the highest levels of multiple stakeholders.
- Review construction methods for feasibility, scope for improvement, alternate cost-effective methods, and resources optimization to enhance project delivery.
- Monitor and control project execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Interface internally with clients for strategic matters and identify project risks to develop mitigation plans after stakeholder approval.
- Ensure Project close-out with all required documentation.
- Transfer lessons from previous projects and implement best practices through continuous improvement.
- Implement contracts between clients and the organization.

About You:
- Qualifications: B.E. Civil (12-15 years of relevant experience)
- Experience in managing end-to-end institutional/university/residential along with infra works projects
- Preference given to candidates working with Project Management Consultancy
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
