At the forefront of investor loans nationwide, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead our team.

We are a Data Science driven Prop-Tech lender that facilitates residential real estate loans for professional investors in the US. As a senior executive, you will oversee the Credit Analyst team in India that underwrites deals for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Credit Analyst team in India to ensure quality of credit analysis and train and mentor the team to adhere to underwriting quality metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Credit Committee in New York to guarantee seamless functioning of the credit function.
  • Oversee daily underwriting pipeline and queues to ensure timely movement, balanced workloads, and efficient resource allocation.

You will also be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for escalated or complex underwriting scenarios, providing guidance and resolving issues to support smooth loan flow.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field, and experience in credit analysis, especially in the real estate industry. A qualification in finance (PGDM, US CFA level 1+) or equivalent is a significant advantage.
