Key Client Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Key Client Manager. As a vital member of our NRI services team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the financial industry, where you will have the chance to comprehend the banking and investment needs of our NRI clients and provide them with expert advice on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment requirements.
  • Provide input on a wide range of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
  • Participate in NRI client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
