Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to lead our budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

About the Role:

This is a key position that drives financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.
  • Track key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
