About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Banking & MIS professional to join our Finance team at our manufacturing facility in Raipur. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in preparing CMA data, working with banks on credit facilities, managing foreign exchange transactions, and delivering actionable MIS to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily coordination and strong working relationships with major financial institutions.
  • Prepare CMA data, handle renewal and documentation of credit facilities.
  • Manage external commercial borrowings (ECB) compliance and documentation.
  • Support import/export documentation and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory guidelines.
  • Track and execute forward contracts and understand currency hedging mechanisms.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Handle documentation and compliance for domestic and international loan disbursements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA Inter is a plus).
  • 10–20 years of hands-on experience in banking operations and MIS, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Must have experience in preparation of CMA data, managing foreign exchange operations, generating financial MIS, and budgeting/forecasting.
  • Strong command over TALLY; exposure to SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
