Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our high-performance real-time trading applications.

  • Tackle complex tasks by delegating effectively and ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain robust trading systems utilizing C++ and C# programming languages.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, such as market data feeds and FIX protocol, with internal systems for seamless operations.
  • Optimize codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance, thereby enhancing overall system efficiency.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to guarantee platform stability and reliability.
  • Monitor and support production trading systems, addressing technical issues and resolving incidents promptly.
  • Develop back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools to facilitate strategy research and development.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards throughout the development process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in team management and leadership is essential.

  • Strong proficiency in C++, C#, and relevant software development tools.
  • Experience with integrating third-party APIs, including market data feeds and FIX protocol.
  • In-depth knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design principles.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools, such as JUnit or PyUnit.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in the fintech industry.
