Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to spearhead the build-out of our India Development Center. This role involves overseeing the architecture and technical strategy for scalable e-commerce platforms serving both B2B and B2C customers.

This position requires guiding architectural decisions and leading engineering excellence across the board, leveraging 14-18 years of experience in software engineering and 5-6 years in the Ecommerce domain. The successful candidate will handle teams of 30+ and deliver performant, secure, and modular systems for web and mobile applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in software engineering with a strong grasp of platform architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development.
  • Ability to lead engineering excellence across the board and guide architectural decisions.
  • Collaboration skills with global product and design teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
