Lead Salesforce Strategist

This role involves overseeing the evolution of our Salesforce platform, focusing on strategic enhancements and optimization. As Lead Salesforce Strategist, you will be responsible for developing a cross-functional product roadmap that aligns Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Own the post-implementation strategy for the Salesforce ecosystem, driving continuous improvement and enterprise-wide ROI.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to define needs and identify opportunities for automation and innovation.
  • Work closely with technical teams and external developers to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and understanding of platform changes and new capabilities.
  • Design and refine user experiences to elevate decision-making and reduce manual work.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7–12 years of experience in enterprise product leadership, ideally in an IT services or consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of owning post-implementation product roadmaps and managing technology investments to high-impact outcomes.
  • Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM tools.
