Key Responsibilities:
• Provide second-level product support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues

• Analyze and document client feedback to drive product improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance your knowledge and expertise

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Strong prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with web technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
