We are seeking a highly skilled individual to design and build robust backend services for our global art information platform.

About the Role:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
  • Incorporate machine learning models into production APIs and pipelines for personalized recommendations and intelligent search functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven features and optimize system performance.
  • Develop low-latency APIs for serving recommendations and intelligent results using vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Elasticsearch).
  • Deploy, monitor, and scale services in cloud environments, preferably AWS, ensuring optimal system architecture and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions and implement CI/CD pipelines with strong testing and code quality practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of backend architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying production-ready APIs with integrated machine learning models.
  • Hands-on expertise with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) and database management (SQL - PostgreSQL/MySQL, NoSQL - Redis, Elasticsearch).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in remote team settings.
