Backend Development Instructor Role

Join our team as a Backend Development Instructor and contribute to shaping the next generation of software developers.

This is a full-time, on-site role that combines hands-on backend development with instructor responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Node.js, Express.js, databases, APIs, or MERN stack and be able to design, review, and refine curriculum and learning materials to reflect real-world practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute technical expertise in backend development to support academic and project-based learning.
  • Assist in designing, reviewing, and refining backend curriculum and learning materials.
  • Provide hands-on mentorship to students during labs and backend projects.
  • Collaborate with faculty members and other teams to align curriculum with industry needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-10 years of professional experience as a Software Developer/Engineer with a focus on Backend Development (preferably MERN stack).
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and API design.
  • Solid understanding of backend fundamentals such as RESTful APIs, authentication, server-side logic, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
