About Our Role

We are a leading healthcare technology startup developing an integrated digital health platform for hospitals, doctors, patients, labs, pharmacies, and IoT devices. Our platform will feature Hospital Management Software, mobile apps, AI-driven insights, and real-time wearable/device data integration – all aligned with national health standards.

As a senior backend developer, you will be part of our core team building scalable APIs and microservices that enable this end-to-end healthcare experience. This is a chance to work on real-world challenges at scale and grow with the product from the ground up.

  • Develop high-performance backend microservices for hospital workflows, patient records, lab integrations, pharmacy, and billing.
  • Create and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile apps and hospital dashboards.
  • Collaborate with databases and object storage to manage large-scale health data securely.
  • Implement FHIR-based data exchange for interoperability with national health APIs.
  • Evaluate security, consent, and compliance in every data flow.
  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to deliver role-based applications.
Your Skills & Qualifications
  • You have strong fundamentals in coding, computer science, databases, and API integration.
  • Familiarity with Node.js / Python programming languages.
  • You can think independently, learn quickly, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • You're excited to work on multiple modules rather than a single application.
