Job Summary

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer interface and client servicing in the Electronics Service sector. This role involves coordinating with internal teams of engineers to schedule service jobs, preparing quotations for services, and ensuring timely movement of materials through efficient logistics.

Key Responsibilities
1.High level of computer literacy.
2.Providing customer interface & client servicing;
3.Coordination with our internal team of engineers for scheduling service jobs;
4.Prepare quotations for services;
5.Draft level invoices;
6.Coordination with our logistics and supply chain team to ensure movement of men/ materials in efficient and timely manner
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
