Senior HR Manager Job Description

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Senior HR Manager with expertise in healthcare recruitment, possessing a strong background in hiring doctors, senior leadership positions, or university talent. The individual should have a solid understanding of payroll, HR policies, job descriptions, and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, leadership, and university hiring to meet organizational talent needs.
  • Manage payroll, HR operations, and compliance with statutory regulations to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and SOPs to drive business growth and success.
  • Prepare and update comprehensive job descriptions across functions to ensure clarity and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience in healthcare with a focus on doctor and senior leadership recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of university hiring and healthcare industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field to provide a solid foundation for strategic decision-making.
