About the Role

We're seeking an expert in commercial Patient Analytics to join our growing team. This hands-on position involves leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data to deliver impactful results for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support product development, market launch, and post-market monitoring using advanced analytics to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Design and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions that align with our platform vision.
  • Share best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying with regional analytics teams to ensure consistent quality and innovation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
