Senior Veterinarian Job Opportunity

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization (e.g., Derma care)
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of associate vets, paravets, and handlers
  • Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and networks to solve health care management for pets
  • Mentor and career development for top veterinary colleges in India
  • Bring international standards in pet handling, care, and cure to India
  • Play a crucial role in efficient execution of physical outlets
  • Solve primary preventive, predictive, and planned healthcare in India
  • Manage operational levels – quality and serviceability of outlets
  • Audit reviews and adhere to protocols, processes, and workflows in cities
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Strong people management and interpersonal skills
  • Vendor management and supplier/brand associations
  • Pricing, catalogue management, offering, customizations
  • Training and development
  • Leading and developing teams
  • Quality audit review
  • Customer connect and drive customer delight

Experience Requirement:

  • 4+ years' experience in veterinary practice
  • 3+ years' experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like dental
  • Association with NGOs, welfare centers, rescue centers work in animal welfare
  • Experience in small animal practice 3+years
  • Pet parenting experience
