Job Description

As a skilled Business Analyst/ Scrum Master, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leading Agile ceremonies and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals. Your expertise in U.S. healthcare and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) will be invaluable in this role.

  • You will collaborate with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.
  • As the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • You will lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) – Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
