Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned E-Learning Project Director to oversee the delivery of high-quality e-learning content projects globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management strategies and templates.
  • Serve as primary client contact, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Oversee key project metrics: effort, timeline, quality, scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution and alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. They should be able to navigate complex situations, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

  • At least 5 years of e-learning/ed-tech experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Airtable and Wrike or other project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications

A Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, PMP certification, or Wrike knowledge would be an added advantage.
