About the Role
A highly skilled professional is required to oversee all facets of human resources compliance, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining awareness of changing regulatory mandates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and sector-specific compliance guidelines.
- Oversee state-wise compliance requirements and filings across locations, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Conduct onboarding checks for statutory forms and declarations, address employee queries, and ensure real-time tracking of compliance deliverables.
- Maintain documentation and records as per regulatory requirements, coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure minimum wages audit and holiday calendar review.
- Collaborate with regional offices, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve compliance-related issues and support corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and sector-specific compliance guidelines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain detailed documentation and records.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems.
