Job Title: Records Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage student records, transcripts, and graduation documentation. The ideal candidate will oversee course registration, class scheduling, and examination logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student records, transcripts, grading, and graduation documentation
  • Oversee course registration, class scheduling, and examination logistics
  • Evaluate academic programs for compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead administrative operations in the Registrar's Office
  • Collaborate with academic departments for smooth academic delivery
  • Develop and maintain student information systems and digital records
  • Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in academic administration and 5 years in a leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of UGC/AICTE/BCI/PCI/DCI/UCAR guidelines and university governance processes
