Experiential Learning Experience Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our experiential learning initiatives in Punjab. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of designing and implementing impactful education programs that promote positive change in communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive strategy for thematic area learning, aligning with shared vision outcomes
- Create policies, processes, and systems for effective engagement with community through learn initiatives
- Design and oversee implementation of quality, scalable, and sustainable learning programs
- Collaborate with fundraising team to secure necessary funds for initiative requirements
- Manage learning function, developing knowledge-based mechanisms translating research insights into policy action through outreach and partnerships
- Facilitate course management activities, including resource production and dissemination, and leverage marketing efforts to showcase work
- Bachelor's or master's degree in social management/education with 15 years experience
- Proven track record of setting up, strengthening, and scaling up education systems at state/district level
- Understanding of education system in Punjab, India, and world providing contextualized and innovative programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills creating buy-in across diverse communities
- Flexible and creative ability to switch between operational and strategic tasks
