We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager – Learning & Development to lead impactful learning programs, campus recruitment initiatives, and student engagement activities.
This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with deep expertise in skill gap analysis, program design, and modern learning delivery methods — across both classroom and digital platforms. If you have a background in education, training, or EdTech, and a passion for shaping transformative learning journeys, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, execution, and evaluation of student and early-career learning programs.
- Develop and deliver initiatives that prepare learners for professional success.
- Conduct skill gap analyses and translate findings into targeted, impactful learning solutions.
- Create and maintain an annual Learning Calendar covering technical, behavioral, and career-readiness programs.
- Drive campus recruitment strategies , building strong relationships with leading academic institutions.
- Incorporate the latest training methodologies and emerging EdTech solutions into program design.
- Oversee delivery through in-person sessions, e-learning modules, and virtual classrooms.
- Conduct post-program evaluations, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with educators, trainers, and industry experts to keep content relevant and impactful.
- Mentor and guide facilitators to maintain high standards of delivery and learner engagement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Academic Operations, or Training Management.
- Proven track record in student training, campus recruitment, and education-sector learning programs .
- Strong expertise in training needs identification, program evaluation, and instructional design.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS) , and digital learning methods.
- Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with academic partners, trainers, and stakeholders.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
