As an organizational expert, we seek a highly detail-oriented candidate to manage daily office tasks and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Efficiently oversee the front desk and basic office administration.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Handle incoming calls, couriers, parcels, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Office Supplies and Documentation: Maintain office supplies and ensure proper documentation for smooth operations.
  • Assistance to HR and Management: Provide support to HR and management with day-to-day tasks and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings and coordination between teams to enhance productivity.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of office equipment to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Other Administrative Duties: Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team's goals.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility Criteria: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of admin experience.
  • Education: Any graduate or diploma holder.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling), good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary will be determined based on performance and overall fit for the role.
