Job Opportunity: Warehouse Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Executive to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of goods. This includes ensuring that warehouse activities are completed within target timelines and meeting defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Packing and Shipping: Ensure that orders are packed and shipped efficiently and accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular audits of stock levels to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • MIS Reports: Generate monthly, weekly, and daily reports to track warehouse performance.
  • Health, Safety, and Administration: Ensure adherence to guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a similar profile with e-commerce or fulfillment centers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar ERP packages.
  • Education: Graduate degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work under pressure and perform tasks effectively.
