Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a strategic consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Warehouse Management solutions.

As a key advisor, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of supply chain initiatives. Your expertise in modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Outbound/Inbound will be instrumental in driving our supply chain forward.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management modules.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimization of Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery.
  • Oversee and participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-level functional issues in Warehouse Management applications.
  • Document processes, configurations, and provide training to end-users and team members.
  • Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant with Warehouse Management solutions.
  • Expertise in supply chain planning processes and Warehouse Management modules such as Inventory Management, Configuration, and Reports.
  • Strong understanding of Integrator for inbound and outbound interfaces connecting systems like Oracle Cloud and OTM.
  • Familiar with Moca commands.
  • Reading/Writing SQL and PL/SQL working with database tools like Lexedit.
  • Strong understanding of master data management (Customers, Suppliers, Items, Footprints).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to project teams.
