Key Role:

The OpenStack Cloud Solutions Architect will lead the customer onboarding process for Managed OpenStack and Kubernetes.

This professional will collaborate closely with customers to understand their infrastructure needs, designing optimal cloud-native solutions and providing expert guidance on OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies.

The role requires delivering timely professional services based on gathered requirements agreed timelines and defined success criteria.

A strong focus is placed on leading and executing VMware to OpenStack migration projects ensuring seamless transitions minimal downtime and optimal performance.

  • Lead the technical onboarding process for customers using Managed OpenStack and Managed Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their infrastructure requirements and design optimal cloud-native solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on the use of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies.

Automation Skills: Writing automation scripts in Go, Python, Bash to streamline operational tasks is crucial for this position. A solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including networking storage compute and security within OpenStack is also required.

Infrastructure Requirements: A deep knowledge of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and related technologies is necessary to ensure a successful implementation. Additionally, experience with migration projects such as VMware to OpenStack is highly beneficial.
