About the Role:

As a Market Growth Specialist at Gabit, you will be responsible for expanding the company's digital footprint by utilizing cutting-edge marketing strategies to achieve and exceed targeted objectives. You will leverage your expertise in Amazon Ads and other e-commerce platforms to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and drive quality traffic and conversions not just in India but in global markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic advertising campaigns tailored to business objectives, target audience, and budget allocation
  • Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon ads campaigns across Amazon, both domestic and international platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance data using Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Generate reports outlining key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon ads, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and audience targeting
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
