About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong technical skills, and a proven track record of driving performance in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  2. Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, or equivalent.
  3. Optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.
  4. Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets across multiple platforms.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, with strong technical know-how in campaign setup, attribution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
