We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Assistant at Verifitech Services - India.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will assist in developing business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to drive growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Assist in financial data entry, bookkeeping, and invoicing for various departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing).
  • Support in preparing financial reports and statements to ensure accurate accounting records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and financial analysis to optimize company performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • A strong interest in the background verification industry and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of relevant software and tools (specific requirements will be outlined for each track).
