Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Recruiter to join our team.

About the Role:

  1. This role involves visiting various locations, identifying top talent, and fostering relationships with potential candidates.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough interviews, evaluating skills, and making informed decisions about candidate suitability.
  3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential in building trust with clients and maintaining a positive reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct field visits to source and recruit delivery executives for Swiggy Instamart.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet monthly targets.
  3. Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless onboarding processes and accurate documentation.
  4. Manage candidate databases and maintain up-to-date records of recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field recruitment, preferably in the food delivery or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
