**Job Overview**

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely confirmations of open POs and managing deliveries.
  • Additionally, they will track stock levels versus requirements by site to identify potential risks.
  • They will work closely with suppliers to gather substitute materials and collaborate on demand planning and PO creation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Confirm daily open POs at the DC.
  2. Project sales impact by site based on shortages and past dues.
  3. Track OH versus requirements by site to identify risk.
  4. Work with suppliers to gather potential substitutes of short materials.
  5. Manage open POs through confirmations for deliveries, updating ERPs, and managing orders until delivery.
  6. Meet SLAs as defined.
  7. Create and update SOPs and related documents, meeting QMS requirements.
  8. Timely resolution of 'On Hold' invoices for various sites, working closely with site, suppliers, and IM teams.
  9. Day-to-day communication with stakeholders like Site Buyers, SCM Managers, and Suppliers, with timely actions and resolutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Graduate in Engineering or Equivalent/ Post Graduate in any stream.
  • Working knowledge of ERP; Mapics, Vista preferred.
  • Negotiation skills an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on cost analysis, ROP & Planning parameter analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in Part Rationalization, Standardization.
  • Sound knowledge of End-to-End P2P cycle, Product Costing & Manufacturing Processes.
  • Ability to analyze opportunity, initiate, and execute projects to achieve Cost Out/Saving, Productivity Targets.
  • Proficient knowledge on SCM functions.
