Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will provide superior customer support, ensuring a seamless experience through prompt and efficient services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance visits for Annual Maintenance Contract orders.
  • Calibrate machines and instruments at customer sites, preparing certificates according to industry standards.
  • Submit service reports and checklists to the service planner for timely invoicing to customers.
  • Analyze faults or failures with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
  • Determine the nature and scope of fault or damage, advising customers on follow-up procedures for spare parts or warranty replacement.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to ensure on-time submission of offers for Annual Maintenance Contracts and calibration proposals.
  • Advise customers on spares and consumables for smooth machine operations.
  • Plan customer visits in consultation with the service planner, utilizing the CRM system to manage all service jobs effectively.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and expertise of the product portfolio and applications to enhance confidence and service effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or Instrumentation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing materials testing machines and instruments.
  • Proficiency in PC software, MS Office programs, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, be goal-oriented, and flexible.
  • Valid driving license and proficiency in English, Hindi, and German languages (an asset).
Education and Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in engineering (Mechanical / Automation / Instrumentation)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing of materials testing machines and instruments

- Working experience in measurement and analytical instruments or materials testing would be beneficial
