Marine Structure Specialist Opportunity

The role of Marine Structure Specialist is key to the design, construction, and maintenance of marine structures. We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in civil engineering and marine structures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and constructing marine structures, including breakwaters, jetties, quays, and docks.
  • Providing expertise in coastal and marine engineering to optimize performance, stability, and sustainability of port infrastructure.
  • Conducting advanced structural and geotechnical assessments to ensure durability and stability of marine structures.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of marine construction projects.
  • Ensuring environmental and regulatory compliance to minimize impacts on the coastal ecosystem.
  • Providing on-site guidance, troubleshooting, and decision-making during the construction phase.

Key qualifications and skills:

  • At least 10 years of experience in marine structures design, construction, and project execution.
  • Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in coastal or marine construction for at least 2 years.
  • Proficiency in marine engineering software.
  • Strong knowledge of coastal processes.
  • Experience with risk management and ability to develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.
