Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Management:
    • Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations including servers, networks, storage, and end-user support
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime
    • Implement data security, backup, and disaster recovery measures
    • Oversee IT assets, licensing, and vendor relationships
  • Development Implementation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IT solutions in line with business objectives
    • Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of in-house applications or tools
    • Drive automation initiatives to enhance IT operational efficiency
    • Evaluate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for effective testing and deployment

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 3-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and application development. Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud platforms, AWS, Azure, and cybersecurity practices is essential. Proficiency in databases, scripting, and automation tools is also required. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success.
