Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Manager to provide end-user support for hardware, software, and peripherals.

This role involves delivering multi-channel support, managing tickets efficiently, imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops and desktops, enforcing IT security policies, and troubleshooting issues related to network connectivity and device access.

As a Senior Infrastructure Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement service improvements or automation opportunities, participate in special projects, and work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure service delivery meets quality, time, and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows, MacOS, and common business productivity software
  • Familiarity with cloud applications, endpoint security, mobile/tablet support, and remote tools
  • Knowledge of ITSM platforms such as FreshService, ServiceNow, Remedyforce or Jira, and automation tools like Power Automate or AI-driven IT solutions is a plus

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience required. Strong communication and teamwork skills necessary.

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with automated deployment and configuration tools, ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
