As a Structural Engineering Expert, you will lead the design and analysis of key structural components for port infrastructure projects. With a Post Graduate degree in Structural Engineering and 10+ years of experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), you will provide technical leadership and oversight for the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced structural engineering principles to optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, resilience, and environmental sustainability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including contractors, consultants, government agencies, and other engineers to ensure seamless coordination and integration of structural designs into the overall project.
  • Risk & Safety Management: Oversee the risk mitigation strategies and safety measures, ensuring that all structural designs and construction work comply with regulatory guidelines and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate degree in Structural Engineering, specializing in marine structures or coastal engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management of large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in structural engineering software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and other tools for design and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of marine structures, including their response to wave forces, tide variations, sediment movement, and marine environmental conditions.
