Compensation Consultant Role

We seek a talented professional to join our team as a compensation consultant.

This role involves delivering solutions in the area of compensation and benefits. The position requires researching and understanding client context, collecting data, analyzing available data, and preparing reports summarizing findings to highlight recommendations for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 0-3 years of experience in total rewards or compensation.
  • MBA or postgraduate studies in human resources.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Research industry trends externally and review internal materials per industry.
  • Interact with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Apply analytical thinking to gain a deeper understanding and identify key requirements or gaps.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify root causes, trends, or issues and generate reports accordingly.
  • Prepare an outline of the recommended solution and validate it with the project manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering solutions across the suite of data consulting services.
  • Creating project plans based on the scope of work agreed with the client.
  • Seeking sign-off from the project manager and client project team on the plan.
  • Scheduling meetings with client points of contact as required per the project plan.
  • Monitoring and reporting progress against deliverables to the client and project team on an ongoing basis.
