Design Concept Specialist

We are seeking an innovative and skilled design concept specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Develop creative and practical design solutions for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, ensuring that every project meets their expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive and effective design strategies.
  • Prepare detailed presentations and proposals to showcase design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in design concept development, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
